If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund (minus shipping fees).

All sale, bodysuits, white items, and accessories are final sale.

At this time we do not cover return shipping costs. You will be sent a prepaid return shipping label and once the item is received, you will be issued a full refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label and the original shipping cost.

ITZEL'S BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any lost or untraceable returns so be sure to use a carrier that offers tracking services.

Clothing must be unworn & unwashed, tags still attached, no stains (makeup or spray tan), scent free (perfume or deodorant) for a full refund.
